I am a writer, editor and teacher. I have been teaching for about 4 years and writing for about 6. My Bachelor's Degree is in composition and my Master of Fine Art is in creative writing. This includes and undergraduate instruction at CalArts.

My teaching method revolves around an attitude of empathy and inspiration. I love to use literate and writing to evoke different perspectives for students and ask for them to approach our work with active listening and a positive attitude so they may take away even more than they put in.
