About Luke

The idea of public speaking used to terrify me! However, I did learn how to do it comfortably and have spoken to audiences of up to 800 people about my ultramarathon and extreme race experiences in desert, jungle, arctic and mountain environments. I also became a coach/trainer and I have been doing this for over 20 years. You can see my qualifications beneath and you will notice that I've trained as a facilitator, trainer and a coach. My whole career has been centred around guiding other people and helping them learn how to communicate better, not just in the workplace, but in their personal lives too. Training and coaching has always been my passion and I work hard to improve my skills. If we work together I will always remember that you're unique and together you and I will find out how best to teach you the skills you need to excel. You'll be amazed at your progress! Nothing would give me more pleasure than to help you if you have any challenges around communication in the workplace, speaking, handling meetings, interviews etc. As I have just joined this platform I am keeping my rate low and my first session will be free.
