About Gustavo
Hello everyone!
My name is Gustavo, but please feel free to call me Gus. Originally from Brazil, I have been living in Ireland for over 10 years. With a background in law and experience as a professional trainer delivering content fluently in both Portuguese and English in a Google team, I have also tutored Brazilian friends in English and foreign individuals in Portuguese, as well as participated in numerous language exchange programs.
It goes without saying that language is my passion, and I am certain that I can make a significant contribution to your language development.

I am currently a Team Lead in a tech company, but I also have experience as a trainer, delivering content fluently in both Portuguese and English. In addition to this, I have volunteered for several months in Italy, teaching English and Italian to refugees who had recently arrived in the country.
In our lessons, we will cover both formal and informal Portuguese, as well as pronunciation of difficult words, local expressions, slang, article analysis, music lyrics' meanings, writing translation, interpreting graphs, and much more!
I am confident that our lessons will be an excellent experience for both of us.
