About Bernice
Being born Singapore and educated in both Chinese and English, I understand the struggles one might face in the language and am very comfortable using either language to explain anything. I also have a coaching and personal fitness training background, hence am equipped with the knowledge and skills to communicate effectively.
I currently am also volunteering for an adult English literacy programme in London and have over 6 years working in the media industry.

I believe in having fun while learning so our lessons will not only help you learn but ensure that you can apply your skills in real life situation. I will not only be able to teach you the language, but also cultural norms and practices. Some creative methods of learning include watching Chinese films/TV shows, listening to music + reading the lyrics, and engaging with content from Chinese social media such as XiaoHongShu and China Tiktok!
Lessons will also be tailored according to the students needs and wants, so feel free to let me know what your interests are!
