About Kate
I am a student moving from ALevels to University in September. After completing 2 years at a military college in which I studied Politics, Maths, Physics and Electronics, I will be studying Naval Architecture whilst being sponsored by the Royal Navy. Although my ALevels were predominantly STEM based, I take a great interest in politics, current affairs and history, and have worked to a high standard in these areas. I also have practical experience teaching young people how to sail, row and other adventurous skills.

- UK Politics and Core Ideologies (Electoral systems, parties, Conservatism/Liberalism etc, voting behavior...)
- UK Government (Constitution, Executive, Parliament...)
- Global Politics (Governance, United Nations, Human Rights, EU...)
- WW1 & WW2 (From warfare, to medicine, to society)

My approach to teaching is to personalise my approach to the student. Whilst some are visual learners, others are auditory learners, many are a mix of the two. It is important to me to find a method that works for each student, so that we can methodically cover the material required.
