About Ryn
I’m Ryn, but everyone calls me Pickles. I'm a native English speaker with over 20 years of experience teaching students across a wide range of ages and learning needs. I’ve worked in early education, special education, and ESL, and I specialize in supporting neurodivergent learners—including ADHD, autism, and executive dysfunction. I’m currently completing my TESOL certification and have experience working with learners who’ve struggled with traditional methods. I speak Mandarin and Japanese, which gives me insight into the challenges and patterns of language learning from the inside out. I’m here because I believe language should be accessible, flexible, and adapted to how people actually learn—not how they’re expected to.

We’ll focus on real-life English: conversation, pronunciation, grammar, and confidence-building. I adjust the pace, content, and style to match what actually helps you retain information.
