Before starting. For me, each person is unique and different, therefore, all our programs include an initial interview to meet objectives and needs, anthropometric assessment and body composition, physical condition tests and nutritional profile assessment. Next we develop a physical training program understanding the body as an "everything". We use global exercises that work in coordination with multiple muscle groups. Exercises with free charges and with your body weight. You do not need boring gym machines, only your body. Safe and effective work prior evaluation of objectives, individualizing in each person. Fun dynamic sessions with continuous monitoring. You will learn to move and train naturally to achieve results and above all to keep them in time. You will also have a space to feel at home. Privacy and comfort in a different and unique place.
