I have decades of platform experience as an instructor for the United States Army. My audience ran the gamut from privates to generals.
I am currently employed as a civilian instructor for ROTC students at the college level.

I have an MA in education based on original research.
I've taught high-school level math to eighth-grade students, and have had success using the socratic method whereby students find the answers within themselves. Every study on cognitive learning shows we retain the minimum from what we see and hear, but far more from what we do. That is the basis for my teaching style.
