About Talia

I’m a piano tutor with 5 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Music, focusing on piano. I love working with neurodiverse learners, including students with ADHD and other learning differences. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I adapt my lessons using movement, visual aids, and interactive apps to keep things engaging and clear. My goal is to make piano accessible and fun for all ages and abilities. I believe music should be playful and meaningful, no matter your background or experience. Whether you’re just starting out or returning to the piano, I tailor each lesson to your unique needs and interests. I enjoy creating a relaxed, supportive space where students feel comfortable to explore and grow at their own pace. Together, we focus on building skills step-by-step while keeping the joy of playing alive. About the lesson

My teaching approach blends traditional piano skills with modern digital tools to make learning fun and effective. I use virtual pianos, DAW software, notation apps, and backing tracks to support your practice and creativity. These tools help with layering harmonies, beat matching, and improving pitch accuracy.

Slow-down practice apps allow you to master tricky passages at your own pace, building confidence and precision. I also introduce basic music production concepts for beginners interested in creating their own sounds.

Whether you enjoy tech-based learning or prefer clear audio-visual support, I tailor lessons to fit your style. Some students thrive with structured exercises, while others flourish through creative exploration — I balance both.

My goal is to help you develop solid technique while nurturing your musical expression. Together, we’ll make each lesson engaging and rewarding.
