About Chris

Hi! I'm Chris. I've been a professional music producer, artist and songwriter for the past 5 years. I have had many successes with my creative approach to production, including producing music for supermarket giant Walmart for their online advertising campaigns, securing placements with CW channel & Batwoman and more! I feel many learning resources for music producers are based around a "one size fits all" approach, which, from experience is rarely true. Music is creative and subjective art which should be emphasised with the production.

About the lesson

I want my students to discover their own creativity & way of doing things with music production. I'm a strong believer in what sounds good, is good. I take a no one size fits all approach with my students and tailor each lesson to best serve your interest. I use Ableton Live, however most skills are transferable between DAWs. We will go through production techniques and how best to use them. I also encourage students to share any work in progress tracks so we can go through them and fine tune. We can work out of my studio in Manchester or online! Length of lesson: 1hr-3hrs Age: 16+
