About Caitlin
I am a recent philosophy and psychology graduate who achieved high grades throughout education meaning I have picked up some useful techniques to use to help achieve high grades (like mind map creation, writing your own exam questions, ect). I want to tutor because I have a passion for these subjects and I know how stressful GCSEs/A Levels can be and I hope to alleviate some of that stress and make you feel confident that you can perform well!

Lessons generally last 60/90 minutes. During these, I will ensure the student has a solid understanding of all syllabus content by identifying where gaps exist in their subject knowledge and teaching them accordingly. I will go through potential exam questions with them by helping them to plan answers, make mind-maps, etc., while I remind them of common themes that appear in mark schemes to give them the best chance of achieving the highest marks . I am a confident tutor as I have achieved high grades throughout my education (A*s and a 1st at University) and have worked with children and teenagers previously in a summer camp setting.
