About Jaco
My name is Jaco Reyneke. I have an advanced diploma in culinary arts. I am also a qualified facilitator, assessor and moderator. I have been in hospitality for more than ten years. I can assist with formal education to informal education.

My lessons are tailored to each individual's specific needs, budget or time frame.
I believe cooking starts with good fundamentals of theory then practical, but it all depends what is your end goal, whether you are learning for your diploma or learning for fun.
Classes can range from formal classes or a more comfortable setting.
THE START OF YOUR JOURNEY
• INTRODUCTION
We start off by getting to know each other. I then asses your needs and we tailer your special package for you. You will then receive your training calendar and course details with class dates and time.
• THE BODY
Classes will happen either live or by video link depending on candidates. There will be opportunity for plenty of practical classes where I guide you through out the class, before you start each practical class there will be a theory component regarding that practical.
For the more serious learners we can add worksheets and tests throughout your corse that you can complete on your own time. I will then asses your worksheets and test. I will also be providing feedback through out the corse.
•THE ENDING
As you come towards the end of your journey we will be assessing if you you met your personal goals and if you are happy about your progress. We can then discuss if you want any further classes. You will then also be giving me feedback as your teacher and that you are happy with my services, afterall, I strive for excellence through passion and pride.
