My son and stepson have used the services provided by Doug with immense success and confidence. We have used other tutors and all pale by comparison to Doug's engagement and instruction. I hesitate to highly recommend him as I want to make sure that he is not overwhelmed with new mandates and make sure that he's available for my son and stepson lol..

Doug tutored my son in math. He was excellent—patient, knowledgeable, and really helped keep my son on track. Thanks to his guidance, he gained confidence, made great progress and helped him achieve his grade 10 credit in summer school. Highly recommend!

Doug is an incredibly flexible and supportive tutor for my 15 year-old daughter. She has a learning disability, but he has been really successful in bridging her into the grade 9 math program that she was previously struggling with. Additionally, what's been really nice to see is that she's very shy generally with teachers and I hear her chattering away and engaging really really well with Doug. Rich tells me he's incredibly approachable with her. She also looks forward to her tutoring sessions rather than seeing it as a chore which I take as tremendous positive. I'm surprised and delighted how much progress she's made in the past month alone, and we have been working on classes with Doug three times a week. He has turbo charged her growth and we are tremendously grateful and will continue to work with him.

Doug was wonderful! He was so patient working around our busy schedules and my teens both really liked him. We will continue to work with Doug!

Doug is amazing with my grade 10 daughter. Her grades came up significantly. Doug was able to teach her in a way that worked for her and she could understand. If she had assignments in socials or English he was able to help her in every subject. I highly recommend Doug for all subjects at any grade level.
