About Kevin
My educational background is in print Journalism and English, in which I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree.
My previous teaching experience has been in the customer service industry for 20-plus years. During this time, I was a trainer/coach in developing and writing step-by-step guides to assist our customer service representatives with incoming call management.
Currently, I am a one-on-one English Coach on (concealed information). For two hours a day, I help individual students with any questions they may have on pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary and writing.

My 20+ years of industry customer service experience, blog/article writing means I will explain, in simple terms, how you can improve your English grammar and pronunciation.
