About Katie
My name is Katie McDonagh and I am 15 years old. I live in a rural area in the Gaeltacht in Ireland and I am known for being studious locally. I have always excelled at English and the local mothers and fathers have my number in case help is needed for their kids. I have a lot of confidence and I feel that I can help improve the grades of students. I am charging very cheaply, as I want this service to be accessible to all. I am saving money to fund my Transition Year trip abroad, and I aim to please with any and every student I am blessed with.

I use interactive and engaging teaching methods tailored to each student's needs. This includes using how to write and regurgitate content for an exam, and quizzes. I ensure that each lesson is student-centered, encouraging questions and discussions to develop a deep understanding of the subject.
Each lesson typically lasts 30 minutes to 45 minutes. This duration allows us to cover the topic comprehensively while preventing it from being overwhelming.
Although I am 15 years old, I have consistently excelled in my academic studies and have a strong grasp of the subjects I teach. I have experience helping local students in my area with their studies.Additionally, I am patient, social, and adaptable, ensuring that I meet each student's needs.
My lessons are primarily for students in early secondary school (ages 12-15) who need help with English. I am comfortable teaching both younger students who need foundational knowledge and older students who are preparing for exams.
