About Mihajlo
Being just a thesis away from receiving my MA in Geopolitical studies from Charles University in Prague on top of my undergraduate degree in Security Studies the job of teaching goes hand in hand with studying. None of us know everything and in one point of our lives or another we have asked someone for help, be it a friend, professor or a Youtube video. More often than not I was on the side of those providing help by reducing the complex subject matter and academic jargon of a textbook through examples both historic and current as well as words that convey the same meaning but are understandable to almost everyone . The lack of formal teaching experience I can substitute with years of giving a hand to my colleagues at the University.

Choosing the right way to pass on the knowledge depends almost entirely on the student, their interest and background knowledge. Whether giving lessons to those who for the first time get in contact with Geopolitics or someone who is or has been studying Geopolitics the choice of the topic rests on the student may it be theoretical or a concrete example. But the goal is always the same, not to provide data or even information but to provide knowledge by connecting individual parts covered in one lesson to the general picture, in order to provide students a proper place, meaning and relevance of the covered topic.
