About Autumn
I am a student teacher currently enrolled on my third year at the University of Texas at Austin. I have 4+ years of tutoring experience with students from elementary to high school. I can help with a variety of subjects including history, social studies, english language arts and test prep for both on-level/honors and AP classes. I adore teaching and find my subjects fascinating, working with your student would be a wonderful experience with guaranteed success!

Regardless of the subject, I approach my classroom with the same mindset: transformative justice, acceptance and encouragement. I do not rule with an iron fist, I am not unnecessarily strict and imposing, and I still get wonderful results. My goal is to foster the students' educational and personal goals. I want to see every single person who crosses my teaching path to be met with love, kindness, and belief in themselves. I believe in my students, and I want them to look at themselves and their peers with the same lens. With proper care and nurturing, they will grow and accomplish whatever they set their minds to.

Details
The first lesson is free! This will be an introductory meeting to establish my relationship to the student, and I welcome parents to sit in if the student prefers. Here we can get to know each other and see if we will be a good fit before you have to pay a single penny!
