With two and a half years of teaching swim lessons and prior experience as a lifeguard, I have honed my ability to communicate effectively and adapt my teaching style to meet the needs of different learners. My background as a swim instructor, especially working with young kids at swim meets, demonstrates my patience and ability to connect with students. I have a CPR certification as well. My current role as an online tutor with Varsity Tutors showcases my commitment to education and my ability to engage students in a virtual setting. My dedication to helping others learn, as evidenced by my volunteer work and tutoring, reflects my genuine passion for education. A typical lesson plan will include either the student or I will provide problems to work on together as well as interactive activities if needed. I will make sure the student understands as we move through every single step carefully and patiently.
