About Kylie

I began my journey with the violin as a student who struggled with confidence. Over time, through patient mentors and constant practice, I developed not only technical strength but also a love for teaching. My own challenges shaped my approach to guiding others. As a tutor, I focus on patience, encouragement, and structured progress. I strongly believe that every learner deserves lessons that respect their pace while still challenging them to grow. Watching students play a piece beautifully for the first time is my greatest reward. Music is more than skill—it’s a way of expressing identity. I dedicate myself to helping students discover their unique voice on the violin, supporting them with both discipline and creativity in every lesson.

About the lesson

My violin lessons are designed to give students a balanced understanding of technique, music theory, and artistic interpretation. From the very first sessions, learners practice posture, bowing, and fingering, while gradually progressing into scales, songs, and complex pieces. This structured approach ensures they develop strong technical habits.

Equally important, I emphasize musical expression. Students learn not only how to play notes but also how to shape phrases, adjust tone, and create emotion through sound. Listening exercises and repertoire from classical and modern works help them hear the beauty of music in different styles.
