About Megan
Salut! My name is Megan and I am a future french immersion UOttawa student who has studied French for about 12 years. I have gone through the Ontario curriculum and love learning and teaching the language. I spent three months in France on a cultural exchange and have spent many weeks in Quebec. I am able to help from a range of texts and school homework to conversations with some slang and everyday language.
Some of my experience includes tutoring in school and learning french abroad. Here to help from elementary school to high school or adults wanting to learn, develop and practice their French skills!

As a tutor, I understand everyone is at a different level and may learn differently. In order to tailor to every student, during my first lesson I will do a quick evaluation to determine how they prefer to learn, what they need to work on as well as what they wish to accomplish.
Some options in my lesson plans according to the level of proficiency may include games, quizzes, watching videos, reading texts together, and other methods. I ensure you are not only learning the language but having fun while doing so!
I provide homework help as well as practice reading, writing, speaking and comprehension. My goal is to help you improve your grades and french skills so that you can use the skills to continue independently with the language.
