About Lumie
I'm a Japanese, French-born and raised architecture master student based in London (UK) but floating around Alsace (France), Tokyo (Japan) and Berlin (Germany) too! I absolutely love languages and speak English, French, Japanese, and German fluently, am moderate with Spanish, and have done a bit of Arabic, Hindi, and Portuguese - a serious passion for languages that I want to share here on Superprof with you too :)

My lessons will mainly focus on speaking and listening for faster learning if you're going to visit France for example, and don't want/need all the writing and reading bits. This is a class to practice day-to-day conversations for leisure in France (or outside!) rather than academia. There will therefore not be text or writing-heavy homework; instead, we will work on speaking, pronunciation and listening comprehension and make sure you're more confident at every lesson! Still, if you want to study specific themes such as French poetry, I am also happy to discuss and adapt to your needs. Since I was born and raised in France I can do pretty much any theme around culture too :)
