Find a Secondary School Grinds Tutor

When it comes to the Junior Cert and Leaving Cert, a lot of students tend to stay after school for group tuition with their class teacher. This is perfectly fine for many people, however, some young people may need to be shown the subject from a fresh perspective to absorb new information and benefit from getting grinds.

A lot of times you might search for grinds online only to be met with a sea of information, which can be daunting, that’s where we come in. Below you will find information about different places/teachers in Cork who teach Biology grinds.

Biology tutors at Superprof

Let’s start with our website. At Superprof.ie we have many Biology tutors who can help you with revision and exam prep for Biology across both Junior and Leaving Cert.

These personal grinds start from as little as €10 per hour. If you’re someone who prefers to revise one-on-one, Superprof has tutors willing and ready to teach you from home throughout the academic year.

Grinds available from Clonakilty Tuition

Clonakilty Tuition is a relatively new service which been set up in cork. They provide grinds across a wide variety of classes including Biology. Once you have selected the subject for which you require grinds, you will be greeted with a nice simple layout of what the classes will focus on.

At the end of this page, you will find a timetable including:

  • Subject level
  • Day and Time of Classes
  • Venue
  • Teacher
  • Contact Details

It’s important to note, some classes are also available online you can ask the teachers about this. If you have any general enquiries about Clonakilty Tuition you can email info@clonakiltytuition.com

Bruce College Cork short and long-term revision courses

Hewitt College runs their grinds programme through the entire academic year from September to May for Junior Cert and Leaving Cert. You can enrol during the summer on the website. However, the college does not accept external students after the closing date/during the academic year, making their accessibility slightly less flexible than other places/people who teach grinds.
