About Zainab
I hold a Bachelor of Science, Double Major in Biology and Neuroscience from Dalhousie University, and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde. I initially developed a love of teaching when I started working as a part-time English teacher for Chinese students while in graduate school, and I loved making an impact for students and seeing through progress over the course of weeks and months.

I use TPR (total physical response) to engage with students and help get past language barriers so I can work with students of all levels. I have a diverse background in sciences and engineering, and I want to use this background to help students struggling with biology, psychology, and math as well.
