About Neeti

Namaste. I began yoga as a student in India back in June 2022, practicing for a few months. I took a giant leap and walked through the doors of Om Yoga Shala, Goa, India, in 2023. That's when I found an infectious passion for yoga. My teachers throughout the course have touched my heart more than they will ever know. As a dedicated instructor, I enjoy practicing with students from around the world & teaching yoga to the people came from the other countries and learning about the many realms of the yoga spectrum. It was a wonderful experience to connect with people across the world. Yoga gives us the tools to calmly navigate stressful situations when both the body and mind are challenged. Learning to control and conserve breath is incredibly important, especially when stressed. Whilst that duration, I also started working part-time as an assistant yoga instructor to learn how to teach from my first teacher. Started as a volunteer, ended as a part-time employee. Such an amazing experience that was. I am currently living in Rajkot, Gujarat. I teach independently to a variety of students in countries online (including India, UK) and personal classes on-site locally. Thanks for the read. Namaste.

About the lesson

The flow of class would be simple to complex. Yoga asanas, breathwork, pranayama and meditation, it would be suitable for beginners as well as intermediate students. A typical length of a session would be 55-60 minutes. Qualifications include: RYT 500 hrs by Yoga Alliance USA, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Beginners as well as intermediate practitioners and also for yoga therapy, prenatal/postnatal can avail my sessions with ease, as the sessions would be designed based on one's needs.
