About Andrea
I am a classically trained soprano with experience in both opera and musical theater performance. My background includes private vocal training, college-level music study, and stage roles such as Miss Pinkerton in The Old Maid and the Thief with Snake River Opera, along with performances in regional musical theater productions. I have also performed in choirs and at community events, which has given me a wide range of experience in both ensemble and solo singing. My teaching approach combines classical technique with the stylistic and expressive demands of musical theater. I focus on building healthy vocal habits, improving breath support, expanding range, and enhancing diction and stage presence. Students also receive guidance on audition preparation and character interpretation, ensuring they are ready to perform with confidence. I work with singers of all levels, from beginners seeking a solid foundation to experienced performers preparing for auditions or roles. My goal is to provide each student with the tools and confidence to grow as a vocalist and performer.
