I adapt to the needs of my student. I start my initial lesson with a friendly, yet professional introduction and relating session whereby we both get to know one another. This lesson will allow me to see how and if I am suitable for their needs and goals and at the same time they may use this time to assess me as their tutor and mentor.
I will then structure a teaching style that takes a progressive approach, a scaling methodology whereby my interactions will progress from a friendly and nurturing approach, to the upper end of perfection that caters to the upper most Corporate Professional.
