I am a 2nd year dental student and I majored in Molecular and Cell Biology with a focus in Human Genetics in college. I am an avid podcaster, listening to America Dissected (Public Health-based) and Radiolab at my leisure to keep up to speed with the latest in science.

I am a strong proponent of Tell-Show-Ask. I'll start discussing a subject, let's say genetics for example and then provide specific subject matter to focus on for the lesson. During that lesson I will try and use an analogy that the students can relate to (i.e. What are the TikTokers doing these days) and then I will ask if there are any questions or if there is anything that I didn't cover properly.
