Lesley and I run Swish, a performing arts group for kids and she also gives 1-1 lessons. She always strives for the best out of her students, to raise their confidence in their own abilities and is incredibly creative and calm in how she teaches.

She has industry experience to impart and has been successful in getting her students into adult drama schools in the UK. I’d highly recommend Lesley to anyone looking to audition for drama schools or improve their craft in a safe and fun atmosphere.

Back in 2021 Lesley helped me with my application to the UK’s top drama schools - Leeds Conservatoire, Rose Bruford and Guildford School of Acting. Her calm, personable and warm 1-2-1 approach made it a relaxed experience that made me so much more curious about texts and executing high quality self tapes. I was particularly impressed by her attention to detail about thought changes and character motivation - picking nuances in the actor’s text that I hadn’t seen before. I went on to receive recalls at all three schools from my self tapes with Lesley and recently graduated from Guildford School of Acting on the Actor Musician course, an achievement for which I am hugely thankful to Lesley.
