About Alain
A world citizen having worked and studied in various countries including France, Switzerland (French part) and the United States, I have 6+ years of experience as an instructor in college. When I am not tutoring or teaching, I am also a professional screenwriter and filmmaker with films presented at local and international film festivals. Besides my film education, I have a Master's degree in Communication.

I customize my lesson plan based on the level of experience of the participants and their learning objectives.
What sets me apart as a tutor, besides my teaching skills, is that my class material is well-prepared and perceived as easily digestible. I am also very human, have extensive experience as an instructor in college and I know how to adapt to different types of learners.
The lessons are for every level of learning from beginner, intermediate, and advanced, depending on your objectives such as improving written French or spoken French.
I am a French Canadian native with an international French level, having lived in Europe for nearly ten years.
I can also cover the québécois specificities if needed by participants.
