About Lucy
I am a biology tutor with over 7 years of experience and a BSc in Ecology and Conservation. I enjoy working with middle school students to introduce them to the basics of plant and animal life. My lessons often include simple experiments like seed germination that make concepts clear and exciting. I also use nature observations to show students how science is all around them. Biodiversity becomes more than just a word when explained through engaging stories from real ecosystems. I believe curiosity grows when learning feels fun and practical. That’s why I mix explanation with hands-on activities. Students gain confidence as they ask questions and explore answers for themselves. I focus on building their early love for the natural world and scientific inquiry. Every lesson is designed to make biology accessible and enjoyable. My teaching approach in biology is nurturing and personalised, helping each student build curiosity about plant life.
