About Judith
I am a German native speaker, experienced tutor and trained journalist (having worked for several large German news outlets). Currently, I am a PhD Candidate at the University of Glasgow.
Having learnt several languages myself, I am passionate about teaching languages and culture exchange.

I'm an experienced group and 1-1 tutor for German and politics. How I teach depends on each student, I tailor lessons to what works best for you and your needs (speaking, reading, writing, grammar, or a combination of all). As a German native speaker, I am confident in teaching all levels. Having learnt several languages myself (English, French, Arabic and Turkish), I know of the pitfalls of foreign language learning first hand and also know how to make the lessons interesting.
After a consultation in the first lesson (outlining goals and timeline), I develop a plan with suggested goals. If you like, you can complete homework between the lessons (depending on learning goals) to be submitted before meetings or to be used for exercises during our class.
