I am Dr. Md. Nasir Uddin, an accomplished academic and passionate advocate for sustainable development and environmental protection. As the Founder and CEO of the Global Climate Change Foundation (GCCF), I have led groundbreaking initiatives in over 167 countries, promoting global climate action, sustainable environmental practices, and innovation in addressing the climate crisis. My dedication to these causes is deeply rooted in my educational and professional journey, which spans across research, international diplomacy, and grassroots activism.

In 2025, I was honored with an Honorary Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the Asian Arab Institute of Diplomacy (AAID) for my exceptional leadership in organizational development, diplomacy, and humanitarian service. This recognition further strengthens my commitment to fostering international cooperation, peace, and justice.

Throughout my career, I have served in leadership roles, including as Head of Research Fellow and International Relations Department at AAID. I have also held managerial positions, such as managing operations at Axon Residence, a five-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Additionally, my academic experience as a Course Instructor and Lecturer at several institutions, including Sristy Central College and Amin Model Town College, has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of diverse teaching methods and curricula, helping students to grow academically and professionally.

I hold a PhD in Management with a focus on Green Innovation and Sustainable Business Strategy from Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, Malaysia, and I have a strong foundation in Physics with MSc and BSc degrees from University of Chittagong, Bangladesh.

As an advocate for climate change awareness and youth leadership, I have been featured in global publications such as CBS News, The US Tribune, and NBC News for my work on Net Zero Carbon Emissions. I also serve as a member of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and have been nominated for several prestigious leadership and innovation programs, such as the MIT Innovation Leadership Boot Camp.

With this background, I am committed to providing students with a supportive, professional, and engaging learning environment. I aim to inspire and guide the next generation of leaders in climate change, sustainable development, and business innovation.

I am a highly qualified educator with a strong background in both academic research and practical teaching experience. My qualifications include:

Honorary Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership (2025) from the Asian Arab Institute of Diplomacy (AAID), recognizing my leadership in organizational development and international diplomacy.

Ongoing PhD in Management (Research Focus: Green Innovation and Sustainable Business Strategy) from Multimedia University, Malaysia.

MSc in Physics and BSc in Physics from the University of Chittagong.

Certification in German Language from the Institute of Modern Languages, University of Chittagong.

Linguistic Proficiency: Duolingo (equivalent to IELTS 6.0), IELTS (5.5), and proficiency in German.

Additionally, I have extensive practical teaching experience at institutions such as Sristy Central College and Amin Model Town College, where I taught subjects like Physics, Science, and Spoken English. My role involved designing and delivering courses, mentoring students, and leading teams of educators. I have also served as a trainer for Pre-IELTS and Spoken English courses at IT Solution in Dhaka.
