About Ghislain
I am a qualified French teacher with 15 years of experience. I was born and raised in Normandy, France. After completing my bachelor's degree in psychology, I decided to venture outside of France to discover the world. My first stop was in London, UK, where I worked as an au pair to wonderful young children. This experience triggered my interest in teaching and inspired me to complete my studies of the French language. For the last fifteen years, I’ve been teaching French as a second language in five different countries, namely France, England, The Netherlands, Montenegro and now Canada, to hundreds of students ranging from preschool to business professionals. I have taught at various French language institutions such as the Alliance Française, Institut Français and the federal government of Canada. Everyone is unique and every student's learning needs are different. Based on my professional experience, I can help you in all aspects (oral, written, comprehension) of learning, as well as vocab or grammar, exam prep, etc. Do you work in a sector where you frequently interact with French-speaking colleagues and/or customers? We can work on different aspects of the language with a focus on vocabulary, pronunciation and grammar. Are you looking to brush up on your French, or to learn the basics of the French language? Learn French in connection with daily life topics and situations. Work on different aspects of the language with a focus on vocabulary, pronunciation and grammar. You are proficient in French but need a brush-up when it comes to communicate/formulate complex sentences? We can work specifically on your grammar and improve your syntax and structures. I offer 1:1 lessons as well as small group lessons (max. 4 students). To maximize quality and fun of online, groups lessons requires that students have the same level.

I can recommend Ghislain without hesitation!
