Deadly! Good tutor who explains the IELTS process in a comprehensible way. It is not easy for an old dog to learn to sit and I have a long way to go but hopefully I will pass the test in February. However, the connection is sometimes shaky and it is sometimes difficult to hear. If there is even a little background noise, it also affects how I hear.
