As a Food Chemist and Green Chemist, I also bring in unique perspectives from applied biology, showing how biological principles shape sustainable solutions and innovation.

We explore how traits change, how new species form, and how life is classified through evolutionary relationships. I guide students in thinking deeply and discussing biology with confidence.
