About Ivan
I was born in France to an American mother and a French father. I started tutoring while in high school, and when I moved to the US for college, I became a teaching assistant in French and comparative literature. For a brief while after college I lived in Russia, where I mostly taught English. I eventually went back to graduate school for political science and became a college professor, but I have also been teaching French to children and adults through the Alliance Française.
