I am a certified yoga instructor through SVYASA university and also art of living who practicing yoga from last 25 years ..

My Yoga session involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being.
1 hr session would start with warm up followed by deep stretches through yoga asanas, then few deep breathing through pranamayas and finally end with meditation.
