The yoga I teach is a yoga that seeks alignment and perfection of position, yoga to improve sports performance and improve physical and mental state. I don't like yoga done on youtube just for aesthetics and shows, I love real yoga, where you really work on your body and active meditation

I graduated in Italy as a yoga teacher and, after 4 years of school, I opened my own studio in Italy. The passion for this discipline led me to study and continue my training. I teach during the summer between Peniche and Ferrel for groups and individual lessons.
