You will then have a selection of tutors in front of you and with our website functions you can filter them out to find the one for you. You can filter the list of tutors by location, whether or not they’re nearby, the rates that they charge, their response time to messages sent to them and what levels of the subject are taught by them.

When clicking into the profile of a tutor some extra information is available on the left bar: You can see if they have been verified by us, how long their average response time to messages is if the tutor offers individual or group lessons, what topics of the subject that they teach and at what levels (junior cycle, secondary cycle etc).

On the main page of the tutor, you can see their hourly rate per lesson, their teaching methodology, their own experiences with the subject and if relevant, their experience with tutoring. Some of our tutors also include CVs.  

We also have a new feature where you can read and write reviews for your tutors, allowing you to express your gratitude to a particular helpful tutor and allowing others and yourself to make a more informed decision when choosing a helping hand.
