About Sophia

Hi! I’m Sophia, an A level student studying chemistry, biology and psychology. I mainly tutor Chemistry and Biology for AQA GCSE (triple or combined) I achieved an A*-A* in my GCSE Science and A/B in all my other subjects. I’m a medicine applicant and have always loved science and been good at it. I aim to make every lesson interesting as it is my passion! But also to make sure that I adapt to every student's needs and ensure that they understand the content.

About the lesson

In my lessons I ensure that I adapt to students' needs and support them in as many ways as possible. We will focus on topics in order of the specification or if the student would like we can focus on specific topics and concepts that they are struggling with. We will practise questions after we have covered the content and I will send additional work after the lesson if the student would like and mark it. After every lesson we will review the content and determine what maybe needs more practice. I can go at any pace for students who prefer to go slower or quicker as I understand everyone has a different way of learning!
