About Estelle

I am a French singer, songwriter, and guitarist based in Maidstone, with 25 years of experience in singing and 12 years of composing and playing guitar.

My journey in music has been shaped by diverse training, including singing and stage masterclasses, opera, theatre and specialized workshops. I am deeply committed to vocal technique and continually study the vocal mechanism because I simply love it.

Alongside my composing and performing career, I teach and coach students of all ages and levels, offering personalized guidance to help them achieve their musical goals.
I also teach in schools, leading both individual and large group lessons in ukulele, guitar, singing, and music theory. Currently, I’m exploring polyphonic and throat singing, as well as learning to play the hurdy-gurdy, incorporating these influences into my music. As an artist, I love exploring every aspect of art (music, arts and crafts, video creation..) which fuels my creativity and enhances the lessons I offer.

My musical style is diverse, ranging from rock and pop to blues, ethereal punk, and even metal and I have different projects of different styles on the go ( my solo stuff bands and collabs projects)

I’ve had the privilege of supporting bands like False Heads, SUN, Healthy Junkies, CIEL, and AVOID, and performing at major events such as BBC Radio 1, Sky TV, Pixie Lott’s Ella Guru, and the Radio Scoop Tour (to an audience of 20,000). I’ve performed at festivals and venues across the England, Scotland, France, Iceland, Netherlands, Switzerland and Belgium.

As a session artist, I’ve contributed vocals to various projects, including film songs. My latest EP has received airplay on BBC1, BBC6, Amazing Radio UK, and Planet Rock, further solidifying my experience as both a performer and recording artist.

My goal is to give you the tools and understanding you need to keep improving on your own, with an easy and fun approach to developing your voice.
(For kids, the focus is on building confidence and creativity, helping you grow and have fun with your voice.)

My lessons combine strong vocal technique with creativity and confidence-building. Whether you're a child or an adult, I blend fun, creative exercises with solid technique, always explaining how the voice works to make learning effective and enjoyable.

If you'd like me to teach at your home, please share your location so I can confirm whether travel is possible. I am happy to travel up to 15 minutes drive away, but if I you are further and I have other lessons nearby, it mightbe possible too.
