About Jocelyn

As a passionate vocal coach with a Master's degree in vocal performance, my journey in music has been both extensive and deeply fulfilling. My formal training provided a solid foundation in vocal techniques, music theory, and performance artistry, all of which I bring into my teaching practice. Over the years, I have honed my skills not only as a performer but also as an educator, committed to helping students find their unique voices and express themselves confidently.

My teaching career spans over several years, during which I have had the privilege of working with a diverse array of students. About the lesson

In my vocal coaching sessions, my primary aim is to help students discover and refine their unique voices while building a solid technical foundation. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced singer, each lesson is tailored to meet your individual needs and goals, ensuring a comprehensive and enjoyable learning experience.

For beginners, we start with the basics of vocal technique, including breath control, posture, and vocal warm-ups. I emphasize the importance of proper technique to prevent strain and promote vocal health. We gradually introduce simple songs and exercises to build confidence and establish a strong foundation for further development.

Intermediate and advanced students benefit from more focused work on vocal range, resonance, and stylistic interpretation. We explore a variety of genres and repertoire to challenge and inspire growth. Advanced techniques such as vibrato control, dynamic variation, and emotional expression are integrated into lessons to enhance performance skills and artistic interpretation.
