About Samantha
I have 15 years of experience in education. I am a Social Studies teacher in Gahanna, OH. I love my students and develop strong relationships with them. I teach Government, US History, World History and World Cultures. I also work in Credit Recovery.

My teaching style greatly resembles tutoring style, I like to use games to make learning fun. I employ an inquiry model of learning to allow students to discover instead of repeating the same thing. A typical lesson plan includes an opening question, discussion of information and an activity. This workshop model gives student autonomy. My lessons can have a range to reach Middle School and High School, as well as Adult Education.
