About Sadie
I'm currently in my third year at the University of Cambridge, where I study Modern Languages, specialising in German and Spanish. The dynamic nature of teaching languages is something that I really enjoy. Whether you’re reading classic literary texts, studying the intricacies of grammar, or analysing modern day events, it is this variety that makes languages so fascinating. When it comes to teaching languages, helping students achieve a strong foundation in grammar and a good vocabulary is key!

I incorporate a multimedia approach to language teaching that uses various resources such as authentic audio, video and written sources created by native speakers. Lessons cover all aspects of language learning: speaking, writing, listening, reading and translation. Whether you are a beginner or have more experience and are looking to advance your linguistic skills, I will adapt our lessons to suit your learning needs and goals, ensuring you progress in a supportive environment.
Oxbridge Preparation
Having recently and successfully gone through the Oxbridge application process myself, I am in a good position to advise students on their application process, entrance assessments and interviews. Getting into an Oxbridge university is certainly a challenge but by looking at each stage of the application process separately, we can break it down and focus on one aspect at a time.
Maths
With an A in A Level Maths and an A* in A Level Biology, my A Level maths teacher confidently recommended me to different universities to study maths! I offer tutoring in GCSE and KS3 maths to help students gain confidence in their homework, classes and exams.
Tutoring: German (all levels), Oxbridge preparation, KS3 and GCSE maths.
