About Hannah
I graduated with an MA in French, Spanish and EU Studies with a distinction in spoken French from the University of Edinburgh in 2015. I hold qualifications in community interpreting and translation and am currently working towards advanced academic studies in translation and interpretation.

I tailor my classes on an individual basis - for adult learners and advanced high-school students I like to use the flipped classroom model, where the student proposes what they would like help with and we go from there. I like to take an intuitive approach to language-learning, where expression and confidence in applying the language are at the forefront! As such, I like to highlight and talk about modern culture and society in France and Spain through books, music, TV, radio and other media outlets. I am also more than happy to work off of school and university curricula. I also offer tuition in languages from scratch for adult learners of any level and conversational practice for those who are rusty!
