About Gia

I am a passionate French tutor with 4 years of experience teaching high school and college students. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of helping 150-200 students gain confidence and excel in French. My love for education drives me to make every lesson engaging, practical, and enjoyable. One of my greatest achievements has been seeing many of my students improve their language skills significantly, whether in speaking, writing, or comprehension. Some of my students have gone on to achieve top grades in their French exams, and others have developed a lasting love for the language. I believe that every student can succeed in learning French with the right guidance and support. My approach focuses on motivation, patience, and creativity, ensuring that each student feels confident and inspired. I strive to make lessons relevant and relatable, using real-life examples to show how French can be applied in everyday situations. I am deeply committed to helping students not only improve their language skills but also develop a passion for French that will last a lifetime.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology for French focuses on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. I believe in **motivation**, ensuring that each student feels inspired to learn and progress. I encourage students to set personal goals and celebrate their achievements, big or small, to maintain enthusiasm throughout the learning process. **Patience** is a key element in my teaching. I understand that language learning can be challenging, so I take the time to explain concepts clearly and allow students to learn at their own pace without feeling rushed. I approach teaching with **compassion**, recognising the unique needs and learning styles of each student. I create a comfortable space where students feel confident to ask questions and make mistakes, as this is part of the learning process. **Creativity** is also important in my lessons. I use interactive activities, real-life examples, and multimedia to make learning French enjoyable and relevant to students' daily lives. This helps them see the practical value of the language and boosts their confidence. In addition to French, I can also assist with related subjects to further support my students’ academic growth.
