About Lila
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Arts and Opera and over 2 years of teaching, I specialise in helping singers unlock their voice and use it with confidence. My focus is on contemporary worship and gospel, where emotion and expression are central. I love guiding students to overcome performance anxiety and sing with freedom. I also teach Pop, Indie, and R&B, so students can explore multiple genres. My lessons emphasise breath control, vocal health, and expressive phrasing. I also provide live performance coaching, especially for worship leaders preparing to guide their congregations. Shy beginners often discover their hidden strength with me. Teen worship leaders gain the tools to sing with confidence and leadership. Aspiring recording artists refine their skills for both studio and stage. I make sure every lesson is encouraging, clear, and tailored to your goals. Singing is about more than notes; it’s about expressing your soul. Together, we’ll build your voice and embrace the joy of musical expression in a spiritual journey.

My teaching is designed to help singers grow in technique, expression, and confidence. I believe every voice is unique, and my goal is to enhance your natural timbre. Lessons focus on resonance, projection, and tone shaping. We practise belting, head voice, and mixed voice to create flexibility and variety. Breath control and vocal health are always central to our work. I design lessons around your specific needs and goals. Soloists in training get guidance for expressive and confident stage performance. Adult beginners receive patient support and simple steps to build their voice. Each lesson includes exercises and real songs to make progress enjoyable. Emotional expression is emphasised so your singing feels personal and moving. Mistakes are seen as part of the journey, not as setbacks. I provide clear, positive feedback to help you grow steadily. Singing should be joyful as well as technical. Together, we will unlock your vocal abilities and discover the power of your unique sound.
