About Greta
Hi! I’m a singing tutor with over 6 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre Voice. I love delivering personalised lessons to students of all levels—school, college, and adult/professional learners. My teaching covers classical, pop, movie, and folk singing, helping students explore diverse musical styles. I focus on ear training, harmony, improvisation, and music theory to build well-rounded musical skills. Developing vocal confidence is at the heart of every lesson. I believe in nurturing each student’s unique voice while teaching safe and effective vocal techniques. Lessons are interactive, engaging, and designed to make learning enjoyable. I encourage creativity and expression while helping students master technical foundations. Every voice has its own story, and I help students discover and refine theirs. My approach is patient, supportive, and tailored to individual goals. Together, we explore songs that inspire and challenge. For Adult Beginners, the journey begins with discovering comfort in their natural voice. We focus on gentle vocal tone shaping and breathing exercises, helping them build control and confidence. DAWs and melody trainers are introduced gradually, supporting practice at home and fostering independent growth. For Advanced Teens, training deepens technical skill while refining their unique vocal identity. Tone shaping is more nuanced, focusing on colour, dynamics, and phrasing. Song interpretation incorporates emotional storytelling and stylistic authenticity. Lyric analysis sheets and vocal journals encourage critical reflection and personal connection to repertoire. Improvisation and genre experimentation—ranging from jazz to pop—expand creative expression and adaptability. Recording sessions using DAWs allow detailed feedback on tone and technique. Collaborative exercises strengthen stage presence and performance confidence. Both personas benefit from a personalised approach, blending technical mastery with artistic expression to nurture a lifelong passion for singing.
