About Roxanne

I have dedicated myself to Yoga for over 10 years. Yoga has changed my life in many ways. From small changes that I started noticing from inside on the Yoga mat after each practice - to the absolute transformation that follows me when I walk into daily life.
So I decided to share these beautiful experiences that Yoga can give to those who want to try when I followed the Yoga Teacher Training course RYT in Rishikesh in 2016 to deepen my knowledge and my experiences.
I love taking lessons with students of all age groups, and I also adapt my lessons to individual needs.

I specialize in Hatha and Vinyasa disciplines - with in-depth knowledge of the philosophy of this discipline as well as muscle anatomy. My lessons focus on maintaining mental balance in addition to physical health.
Being intuitive and attentive to individual needs of individuals, I offer customised lessons that are suitable to personal needs and conditions.
Furthermore, I teach Asanas (postures) using props as supporting tools (for example, blocks, belts or Yoga wheel). In addition, I teach breathing techniques (Pranayama) and guide to meditation.
My lessons can be taught in either Italian or English.
