Amy is a fantastic Yoga instructor. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Her energy makes Yoga interesting and fun. She understands her students and tailors each class to their needs. I practice BJJ, which often leaves my body sore and exhausted, but since joining her classes, I've noticed a significant improvement.
